NSP Home Rental Eligibility Guidelines
The Kissimmee NSP Program is designed to deliver community relief for areas that have been especially hard-hit by foreclosures and to provide affordable home ownership opportunities to qualified applicants. Eligible renters must:
- The head of household must be 62 years of age or older, a veteran or a family with special needs.
- The home for which the household is applying for will be the households only place of residence.
- The household agrees to pay the rent required by the program under which they will be receiving
assistance (if applicable). - At the time of admission, the applicant is not receiving assistance for another unit which will not be
terminated at the time of acceptance. - The household's annual income does not exceed the following income guidelines:

| 4 | $30,350 |
| 5 | $32,800 |
| 6 | $35,200 |
| 7 | $37,650 |
| 8 | $40,050 |
