The City of Kissimmee NPS Program is managed in partnership with Florida SPECS, Inc, a non-profit corporation.
This NSP project was funded (in whole or in part) with the assistance of the City of Kissimmee through federal Community Development Block Grant funds
made available by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development under Title III of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA), as amended.
